RETURNS & REFUNDS
At IntimaCare we want you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us and we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item to us for either a refund or exchange. However, please see our refund policies below before returning any item.
Everything possible is done to ensure the safe arrival of your item(s) but very occasionally items may become damaged or faulty in transit. If you have received a damaged/faulty item(s) then firstly, we apologise for the inconvenience caused but fear not, we will resolve this quickly.
Simply contacts us by email within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and attach an image of the damaged/faulty item & packaging.
We can then offer a full refund or send a replacement.

How DOES IT WORK?
From the day you receive the product, you have seven (7) days to test the Musk and send it back to us for a refund if you don’t like it.
This guarantees you a risk-free purchase. You like it. You keep it. If you don’t like it, you can return it within seven (7) days of receipt and get your money back!
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
The return, if it takes place, will be at the expense of the Buyer. To claim the warranty, the Buyer sends an e-mail to [email protected] and provides the following information:
– Name/First name
– Email address
– Order number
– The reason for the return
After reviewing the information provided, the After Sales Service will get back to the Buyer to give the next steps to follow for the return of the product. The refund will be made after receiving the product.
This guarantee is independent of the 14-day cooling-off period (mentioned below) which continues to apply. However, this withdrawal period applies to unopened products.
14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
According to the Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations (2013), the customer shall have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to exercise its right of withdrawal and to ask for the refund of the goods ordered.
Return shipping costs are customer responsibility and it is upon you to pay them. you will receive a refund of your order after the return back. Initial shipping cost is not refundable.
All products must be returned unopened and in a fit condition unless otherwise agreed.
